Guy Ortolano to participate in roundtable on new book, “Thatcher’s Progress”

The Heyman Center for the Humanities at Columbia University will host a roundtable discussion of Guy Ortolano’s new book, Thatcher’s Progress: From Social Democracy to Market Liberalism through an English New Town, on Wednesday 18th September. Professor Matthew Hart (English and Comparative Literature, Columbia), Professor Thomas Bender (History, NYU), and our own Professor Susan Pedersen (History, Columbia), will each offer their thoughts and reflections on the book’s contributions. The roundtable will be held in the Second Floor Common Room at the Center at 4pm. This event is free to attend and does not require registration. For further details please see here.
