NYCTC graduate students appointed Heyman Center fellows

NYCTC graduate students Alma Igra and Emily Rutherford will be graduate fellows at Columbia’s Heyman Center for the Humanities in 2018-19. Together with other Columbia graduate students, postdocs, and faculty in the humanities, they will form an interdisciplinary community of researchers who meet weekly to discuss work. Alma and Emily are the second cohort of NYCTC graduate students to be Heyman Center fellows: Anna Danziger Halperin, who finished her Ph.D. in Summer 2018, was a Heyman Center fellow in 2017-18.
